Lincoln cannot stay dry if there is water nearby...
It begins with a small splash and tapping his hands
The splashes get bigger until he is soaked
The bigger the splashes the more fun he has
Just water, how cheap of a toy can you get....just a lot of work to change him every time he's out on the deck.
