Libby trying to carry the pumpkin
Grabbing the goo and pulling it out...she didn't like that part too much
So Daddy had to get his hands messy
Lincoln coming to have a look...Libby gave him a seed, he wasn't into having sticky hands either
The look on her face tells how she feels about the mess.
Libby watching intently waiting for the pieces to come out

Mr. Glow...as Libby decided to call him
Libby's face when she saw the pumpkin glowing in the dark in the kitchen

Lincoln posing with Mr. Glow, he had to hold a banana to sit still for the picture
Mr. Glow, Libby thinks he is "purrfec" in her words...she doesn't pronounce the "t" in that word
Lincoln, showing me his eye wounds....he met with the coffee table twice in a couple days....

Today Libby & I went to the eye doctor to get our eyes checked. Dr. Swift said once she is 3 get her eyes tested to make sure everything is looking good. I haven't had and eye test in almost 15 years so I got mine tested as well. We did many tests, I read letters on the wall, Libby read pictures on the wall (bday cake, duck, plane...). Then we did color blind tests and I did a glaucoma test (eyes drops involved, so she didn't get that one). The good news is....we both have 20/20 vision, great eye control, same strength in both eyes (one isn't stronger then the other) and neither of us is color blind. I also am not susceptible to glaucoma. Pretty cool & quite high tech compared to 15 years ago.
Libby in the machine, which tests your prescription levels as you stare at a picture. It was hard for her to sit still and keep her eyes looking the right way for the Dr. to take the picture of her eyes...but she eventually got it.
I made 4 apple crisps, cooked one and froze 3
Posing with her caramel apples, I don't know how edible they are, I don't have a candy thermometer so the caramel doesn't seem like the right texture...oh well it was fun.
Twisting her apple in the caramel
taking it out and over to the tray
She would not smile with her eyes open for some reason
Tim & Libby peeling, coring and cutting apples with the apple peeler....Tim was fascinated by the little peeler and all it could do
